Operations and program manager working on better care for patients and better-run small organizations.

Karim Baz

I'm a project and operations manager in Germantown, Maryland. In 2024 I founded B7 Collective to focus on the work I care about most: helping patients and families get better care, helping small businesses and nonprofits run well, and building technology people can own. Before that I managed research technology programs at the National Institutes of Health.
